The gaming world has historically been seen as a space for men, most studio employees are men and when women are employed it’s usually at a lower level. Women rarely hold higher or executive positions in the gaming industry yet they make up just about half of gamers.

If I do anything, I hope I can inspire more women to take up space within the gaming industry.
